Modalities & Approach

Healing is about return to wholeness, and it can unfold in many ways. This page offers context for the approaches that inform Inna’s work and provides orientation for those new to this style of healing.

These descriptions are offered as a framework, not a definition of what your experience will be. Each session is unique and guided by what is most present in the moment.

Working Across Body, Nervous System, Energy, and Awareness

Multidimensional healing recognizes that physical symptoms & sensations, emotional experiences, nervous system patterns, energetic imprints, and spiritual awareness are deeply interconnected.

Rather than focusing on a single layer, this approach supports healing across these dimensions, aiming to facilitate the needed shift at the core. Sessions respond to what is most present and needed, always attuning to the receiver’s innate wisdom.

Healing Beyond Physical Proximity

Distance healing sessions are offered virtually and do not require physical contact. This work engages the body’s innate intelligence and the interconnected nature of energy and awareness.

Many clients find distance sessions to be just as impactful as in person work, with the added benefit of participating from the comfort and safety of their own space. Sessions may include energy work, breath guidance, intuitive insight, shamanic guided imagery, and somatic awareness.

Gentle Hands-On Support for the Nervous System

Craniosacral therapy is a subtle hands on modality that supports the nervous system and the body’s natural self regulating capacity. Through gentle touch and deep listening, this work helps release tension patterns, restore balance, and support overall well being.

This approach is often experienced as calming and grounding and can be especially supportive for stress, trauma recovery, and nervous system regulation.

Massage and energy work are integrated into the sessions as needed.

“Inna is a powerful healer. She worked with both my 14 year old son and me. I have never felt so safe, so held, and so able to allow deeply held patterns unwind, and I've experienced and trained in a lot of healing practices. On the surface it may not look like much is going on - craniosacral work in general is much more subtle than other bodywork modalities. But Inna is gifted beyond the modality. She taps into something deep, profound, even mystical, all while presenting as a loving, gentle and caring totally normal person. She embodies the depths of feminine wisdom, power and healing. My 14 year old hyper-rational, autistic son wouldn't describe her anything like that. He would probably agree with my observations, though, that he seemed much more relaxed, happy, and less anxious or depressed after he saw her. My wish for him is that he go through life with a deeper sense of basic well-being. Every session with Inna gave him a taste of that.”

Quiet Influences Held with Reverence

Inna’s work is informed by long standing spiritual cultivation in earth based traditions. These influences shape the quality of listening, presence, and respect brought into each session.

Rather than being practiced as techniques, these foundations are held quietly and ethically as support for deeper healing and integration.
