More About the Practice

Inna offers gentle, meditation-based breath-work rooted in Taoist Qi-Gong traditions. Having originally trained in the Sundo breath-work system for years, Inna has since evolved the practice into a more intuitive & accessible experience, informed by her deep knowledge of the human body & energy stemming from her ten years of healing work experience. The evolved practice is focused on presence, deep, liberated breath, and nervous system regulation.

These breath-work sessions are designed to help release energetic blockages, deepen the breath, and reconnect with inner awareness. Unlike more intense breath-work styles, Inna’s approach is calming, grounded, and restorative, guiding participants into a state of embodied meditation. Each session invites participants to slow down, breathe with intention, and leave feeling more centered & clear.

~ Individual Sessions are offered in Inna’s Joshua Tree office and remotely via zoom.

~ Couples & small group sessions are offered locally in the Joshua Tree area at your place of accommodation, and as an offering at retreats.
